RECIPE: Nettle Pesto
3 cups packed nettle leaves
1 lemon squeezed
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt (you can add more if desired)
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Adjust ingredients for desired taste.
